Gaylord Palms Resort wedding

Giovanni and Christian came from New Jersey for an elegant wedding at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando Florida. The Gaylord is a perfect resort to hold a wedding indoors while still having the beautiful sun, sky or stars gleaming through the atrium canopy of windows. The Wedding Pavilion is above The Fort in the center of the resort with beautiful greenery, columns, and ivory drapery for some privacy. Giovanni’s day began with her lovely friends together for hair and makeup, fun and memories! The ladies all wore gowns of soft sage green to suit each of their personalities and taste. After Giovanni completed getting ready and looked as beautiful as ever, she wanted to have a first look with her father and presented him with a meaningful handkerchief. Only then was she ready to walk down the aisle and take her vows with Christian. This wedding was coordinated by Signature Weddings and Events.

The ceremony site was full of white roses, hydrangeas, and baby’s breath. Floral was provided by The Floral Way. The bride’s parents escorted her down the aisle in her strapless white gown was a perfect fit for her, and the groom wore a black-on-black suit. After the ceremony and some family formals, the bride had a request to reenact some childhood photos. The family had so much fun looking at the old images and then reenacting them! The couple was then free to stroll the property for memorable photos that will remind them of their perfect day. Special musicians added a great touch to the ceremony by Classern Quartet.

The reception’s décor was also draped in all white floral and the cake was 3 tiers of white and a band of gold with white roses wrapped around the side of the cake. Both the bride and the groom belonged to sororities in college and their brothers and sisters in attendance treated them to traditional dances! What a perfect evening for the Giovanni and Christian!
